USER GUIDE
- Before you generate a presentation, you need to have items/objects saved to your My Favorites section in the DMR.
- To start generating slides, go to My Favorites , and click on the Create button under Save as PowerPoint section
- Login with your Ball State Username and Password in order to download full-size images from this collection. Note: some full-size images are restricted to BSU faculty only.

- Pick one layout(2, 3 or 4) for your slide and click Next(5)
- If you pick Image Only(2) or Title and Image(3) option, your request to generate PowerPoint slides will be processed right after you hit the Next(5) button.
- If you pick Title, Metadata and Image(4), in the next screen, you will be prompted to choose metadata fields you'd like to include in your PowerPoint.(shown in Picture 2 below)

- Your collection list(6) will contain collections you have stored in your My Favorites. Select any collection and pick any metadata field(7) you wish to include in your slide. The metadata fields(7) will change based on the collection you select from the drop down list(6).
- After you are done selecting all your metadata fields, you can either:
- click Previous(8) to go back to change your layout, or
- click Next(9) to start initiating the process of generating your PowerPoint presentation
- If you click Next, the browser will start initiating the process. Do NOT hit your browser's refresh button, or navigate away from the page.
- Once the PowerPoint file is generated(as shown on Picture 3 below), you need to download it by clicking the click here link(10). The browser will also tell you how big your file is(11). The file will only be available for download for 24 hours. If you logged in with your BSU Username and Password you will also receive an email in your BSU Outlook account containing the link to your presentation file.

- If you wish to make changes, you may click on the Previous link(12) or refresh your browser and create another presentation file.
